Material composition:
The floating oil seal of our company is made of special chrome-molybdenum alloy cast iron with 15% chromium and 1-3% molybdenum content. This alloy cast iron material has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high hardness and corrosion resistance.
Life span:
Our company floating oil seal hardness between HRC 65-72, life up to 4500 hours.
Installation instructions:
1. Before installation, wipe the floating sealing ring bright belt anti-rust oil (there shall be no tissue paper fiber on the surface);
2. Regardless of the size of the floating oil seal, the installation should be assembled with a special installer, only in this way can the floating oil seal be in the correct position;
3. Before a pair of floating oil seals are fitted, apply SAE30-40 oil to the light belt respectively; (Note, no oil on any other surface)
4. Most floating sealing rings in the first hour or so of the run-in movement period, a little oil will be observed from the outer diameter of the oil sealing ring bonding surface, this is not leakage, is normal lubrication.
